EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

Your explicit consent is requested for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and its transfer to third parties for the purposes of sending you commercial electronic messages and conducting marketing activities.

1. Personal Data Subject to Explicit Consent

Your personal data to be processed under the scope of explicit consent is limited to the following:

  • Your identity information (name, surname)

  • Your contact information (phone number, email address)

2. Purposes for Which Explicit Consent is Requested

Your personal data will be processed and transferred for the purpose of carrying out the following activities:

  • Sending messages regarding campaigns, discounts, offers, announcements, and promotions related to the products and services offered

  • Sending commercial electronic messages via email, SMS, telephone, call centers, automated dialing systems, and digital marketing tools

  • Sharing customer satisfaction surveys, invitations, promotions, special day celebrations, and promotional content

  • Developing marketing strategies, conducting analysis, reporting, and targeting studies

  • Displaying personalized content, notifications, and campaigns on websites or third-party platforms

In this context, your personal data is processed for establishing commercial electronic communication and conducting marketing/presentation activities.

3. Third Parties to Whom Personal Data is Transferred

Your personal data provided with explicit consent may be transferred to the following persons and organizations:

  • The agencies, business partners, digital marketing platforms, advertising service providers, and analysis and reporting firms engaged in marketing, advertising, campaign management, and communication processes

  • Due to the server services being located abroad, service providers abroad

  • Location service providers used to display location-based campaigns or notifications

  • Upon official request, authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations

Your data is transferred only for the purpose of carrying out the purposes specified above.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • In electronic media (website, mobile application, SMS, email, digital forms, communication channels),

  • Through oral or written applications

may be obtained through automated or non-automated methods.

In this context, the legal basis for the transfer of your personal data is “your explicit consent” pursuant to Article 8/1 of the KVKK.

Not providing your explicit consent does not prevent you from benefiting from any product or service.

5. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

You may withdraw or change your explicit consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages to you at any time, without providing any reason.

In the event that you withdraw your consent, your processed personal data will be stored only for the periods required by the relevant legislation as the purpose of the processing based on your consent has ended, and will then be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
